Baden has been teaching golf for over 15 years now. It was his very first lesson at Albert Park Driving Range as a 17 year old that inspired him to a career in teaching this great game.
In this time he has taught in England, the USA and South East Asia and has been constantly honing his craft. He is mainly influenced by the teachings of Gary Edwin whose tour players have won more than $60 million on major tours around the world.
Baden is also an accomplished writer/communicator and is the only weekly contributing instructor on Golf.com /Golf Magazine (The biggest golf website in the world and a leading Golf media company). Baden has been teaching with Albert Park Driving Range for 10 years now.
Baden is also the founder of Skillest.com. Skillest is an app which is the biggest online golf coaching marketplace in the world. It allows students to send video footage of themselves to leading coaches across the world. The growth of Skillest is testament to his understanding of coaching and the many different styles within it. His passion for teaching is endless and he loves interacting with students of all skill levels. But fundamentally he is obsessed with cause and effect, clearly articulating what you need to work on and then giving you very clear instructions on what you need to do to improve.
